Neelha has been working on water projects since 2016 after graduating with her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Neelha has experience working with property owners, developers and municipalities in the South Platte, Arkansas and Rio Grande River basins. We are excited to have Neelha on the Martin and Wood team.
