The Colorado Supreme Court issues opinion in Case No. 09SA133, an appeal from Water Division 1, Case No. 02CW403. Martin and Wood was the water rights engineer for the City of Englewood in this water court case and all decisions of the lower court were upheld by the Supreme Court.
