Robin Kelley has been with Martin and Wood since May 2008.  As a staff engineer, Robin is involved with water resource and water quality analyses, historical use analyses, augmentation plans and substitute water supply plans, change of water rights, stream depletion analysis, and GIS applications related to water resources.   Robin has an extensive background in streamflow data analysis, streamflow routing, basin runoff modeling, reservoir modeling, and erosion and sedimentation modeling.
